The storyline is fast paced and well written. Her characters are full of life, curiosity and human frailties. I love how Bryant melds science and storytelling into both a thought provoking and engaging piece of work. It is well worth both the money and time spent in reading The Descendant.
I don’t know if she intends to write more about the main character as she comes to live with her findings, but I myself rather hoping she does.

Another great story by Saffron Bryant. Follow the adventures of a young woman that is in search of history, ours, and her own. Add in secret societies, the Church, and aliens. Mix the pot, you come out with a story like no other. Great characters, multiple plot twists, it's all there. 5 Stars.
Another well written novel from Saffron Bryant!
This will be a hard book to review without giving away the surprising and very satisfying ending. I'll just say you'll find this all builds towards a logical conclusion.
I'm really struggling to avoid revealing the concepts being explored but I can say this concept, in the real world, are gaining ever more acceptance by accepted authorities in the field. There are too many legitimate questions that lead to the answer found by the two young archeologists who are the main characters in this book.
The author doesn't give any clear indication if this is the start of a new series. If she's waiting to see if her reader's are interested in this, count me among those who would like to share more similar experiences.
